We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind, please email everyours1812@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, full name, and shipping address. 

Returning your purchase

You must notify us of your intention to return your order within 14 days of the date your order is delivered by our courier, as confirmed by the delivery tracking.

Once a return has been authorised, item(s) must be received by us within 14 days of our return confirmation email. Returns received outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Returns must be sent back at your own cost. Please return items in their original packaging and ensure all delicate products are securely protected. 

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days of your return being received and checked. Your bank or card issuer may take up to 5 working days to show the funds. 

Faulty items

If you are unhappy with the quality or your item is damaged, please email everyours1812@outlook.com within 48 hours of receipt. Include your order number, full name, shipping address, and photographs so we can investigate for you.
